How to log in to Outlook on the web (Microsoft 365)
Outlook on the web is the browser‑based version of Microsoft Outlook that lets you access your work or school email, calendar, contacts, and tasks from any device with an internet connection. It’s ideal when you’re working remotely, using a shared or temporary computer, or don’t have the Outlook app installed, while still providing the same mailbox and security as the desktop and mobile apps.
As long as you have a licensed Microsoft 365 account with email accessing outlook on the web is quite simple:
- Open a web browser and go to https://outlook.office.com
- Enter your work or school email address, then select Next
- Enter your password
- If prompted, complete multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Outlook will open in your browser
